Yes it can help defo I have shared a lot of my experiences from my horrors of losing my son on my families page and invited vets to add in as there loss is just like ours it’s brothers sisters they have lost and I think it’s good to share one of my sons men shared his feeling s if what happened to my son it broke my heart listening but at same time helped me a lot more as well and him being able to be open with me has helped him too xxxx so anyone wants to ready my story so far please come To the families page all welcome
